Case Summary —

On behalf of Foot Locker and Nike, we dug deep into local sneaker culture in London, Paris, Milan and Berlin to get to know the Foot Locker audience. After meeting 40 young Foot Locker customers, 16 Foot Locker employees, and 4 youth-culture influencers, we crafted hyper-local insights and a new internal positioning, which led to a refreshed strategy for Foot Locker Europe.
